LANCASTER, Pa. - The University of Pennsylvania men's squash team (1-0) advanced to the final of the Pennsylvania State Classic for the second straight season with its 9-0 victory over Franklin & Marshall Saturday afternoon. The Quakers swept six of the nine matches as they repeated last year's result against the Diplomats. Penn will play No. 11 Drexel in the final on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Aly Abou Eleinen began his Penn career in impressive fashion. Eleinen lost just seven points en route to an 11-1, 11-3, 11-3 sweep. Freshmen
Michael Mehl and
James Flynn joined Eleined winning 3-0 in their first career collegiate squash matches as well.Â
David Yacobucci and
Karim Hussein battled through some early adversity. Each player won the opening games of their respective matches, but fell in the second. Tied 1-1, Yacobucci battled to take the third 11-7 and then closed out by winning the fourth, 11-3. Hussein took the third game 11-7 as well to go up 2-1 and then won the fourth, 11-6, to take the match 3-1.Â
