PHILADELPHIA – Following three wins in one day at the Hofstra Duals last Sunday, the University of Pennsylvania wrestling team returns to The Palestra on December 10 for an intrastate rivalry match against No. 5 Lehigh at 1 p.m.
It will be Youth Day for the Quakers (3-1) who will be welcoming Beat The Streets all-stars from Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley before the dual meet and hosting a clinic with 2000 Olympic gold medalist and Penn alum Brandon Slay for all children in attendance after the dual meet.
The Red and Blue are looking for their first home win of the season following a 19-15 loss to Rider last Friday in a dual meet which hung in the balance until the final bout at heavyweight. The Mountain Hawks (4-1) are coming off a 23-19 loss to No. 1 Penn State on Sunday, also a match which wasn't decided until the 10th bout at heavyweight.
