In June 2021, Kendra began working as a recreation assistant at Penn Campus Recreation. She was elevated to the position of Shift Leader in June 2023, and thanks to her dependable nature and strong work ethic, she was appointed Facilities Operations Coordinator later that year. In her current role, Kendra oversees hiring, onboarding, and daily operational management. 

Kendra is a two-time HBCU graduate. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in May 2021 from Delaware State University, and she most recently earned a degree in sport management in May 2023 from Virginia State University. Kendra worked for several sports organizations before coming to Penn, such as the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) and the Philadelphia Eagles. 

Kendra's hobbies outside of work include traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
