Jamie Rauscher joined the Penn Champions Club in January 2016 as a Major Gifts Officer and now serves as the Assistant Athletics Director/Director of Development & Alumni Relations. Jamie oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the frontline fundraising team, including the major gift team, as well as overseeing the fundraising initiatives related to Soccer, Track & Field/Cross Country, and Wrestling. Prior to joining the Penn Athletics staff, Jamie was a Development Associate working with both the regional leadership gift team and athletic development team at Boston University. Originally from Henniker, N.H., Jamie graduated from the University of New Hampshire where she majored in communications and sports studies. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Jamie resides in Mullica Hill, N.J. with her husband JB and their son, Benjamin.
