• Appeared in eight meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing primarily in the 100m and 400m hurdles, while also appearing on several relay teams.
• Placed first in the 400m hurdles at the ECAC Championships (May 13).
• Competed in both the 100m and 400m hurdles at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Championships (May 6), advancing to the finals of both.
• Claimed the school record in the shuttle hurdle relays at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
• Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21).
• Totaled seven top-10 placements on the year.

• Competed in nine meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 400m hurdles, shot put, 4x400m relay and sprint medley relay.
• Ran in the USATF Junior Championships (June 22) to round out the year, advancing to the finals in the 400m hurdles.
• Placed third in the 400m hurdles at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) with a time of 1:00.02.
• Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the 2017 ECAC Championships (May 12) with a personal-best time of 59.75, ranking second in program history.
• Won both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1).
• Runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the Virginia Quad-Meet (April 8).
• Totaled eight top-10 placements on the year.

• Competed in opening two meets of the 2017 indoor season.
• Placed fifth in the shot put at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2) with a distance of 11.95m.

High School: Seven-time All-American ... 2016 U.S. No. 1 in pentathlon ... 2015 U.S. No. 6 in heptathlon ... Ranked No. 1 in New Jersey for the 55HH ... 2016 55HH and 4x400m relay New Jersey state champion ... Was the 2016 New Balance Nationals champion in the 4x400m relay and was the runner-up in the pentathlon.
