OUTDOOR 2023
- Competed in three meets during the outdoor season
- Set a career high in the 100 hurdles with 14.12, finishing in third place, at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 18)
- Finished first in the 400 hurdles with 59.96 at the Penn Challenge
- Finished first in the 4x400 with 3:37.26 at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-7)
INDOOR 2023
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, setting four career bests
- Set a career best in the 400m with 55.76 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 27-28), placed first
- Set a career best in the 600m with 1:32.42 at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 3-4), placed first
- Set two career bests at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25-26), 60H with 8.49 placing first, and the 500m with 1:13.95 placing third
- Placed top 10 in all solo events during the season, placing first six times.
OUTDOOR 2022
- Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season
- Set a career best in the 200m with 25.25 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 19), placing sixth
- Set a career best in the 400H with 59.76 at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 7-8), placing second
- Placed top 10 in all solo events during the season, placing top three six times
INDOOR 2022
- Competed in four meets during the indoor season
- Set a career best in the 300m with 40.73 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10), placing fourth
- Placed top ten in eight of the nine events competed in
OUTDOOR 2021
- Competed in the 200m (26.20) and the 400m (58.54) at the Penn Challenge, setting personal bests in both events while placing third in the 400m
- Clocked a college-best time of 1:05.27 in the 400m hurdles at the Philly Mets on April 24
INDOOR 2021
- All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
High School: Earned All-America status with a fifth-place finish at the 2019 New Balance Nationals in the 400IH … Ranked No. 12 nationally in the event.
