Jacob Bradley joined Penn Athletics as an assistant equipment manager in July 2025 and took over equipment activities in The Palestra in January 2026.
Bradley came to Penn following a year with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he spent the 2024-25 season as a seasonal associate. Prior to that, he got his start as an equipment manager with the University of Pittsburgh football program while attending Pitt as an undergraduate. During his time working working with the Panthers they won the 2021 ACC championship and played in the 2021 Peach Bowl and 2022 Sun Bowl. As a senior, Bradley supervised 12 student managers and supported a combined cohort of 200 coaches, staff and players.
Bradley also has experience with another professional team, Major League Baseball’s Pittsburgh Pirates, with whom he was a clubhouse assistant and batboy for the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
Bradley graduated from Pitt in December 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in supply chain management and certifications in sports management as well as innovation and entrepreneurship.
