OUTDOOR 2021

• Competed in five meets
• Set a personal-best time at the Quaker Invitational in the 1,500m, taking second place with a time of 4:38.07
• Hit a career mark in the 5,000m at the Philly Mets, taking fourth with a time of 17:18.58

• All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• All 2020 Ivy League fall sports were canceled on July 8 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• Did not compete.

• Raced in five events during cross country season, scoring in two of them.
• Opened the season with a 25th-place finish at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 7) to score for Penn en route to a fourth-place team finish.
• Also scored at the PSU National Open (Oct. 18) with a 52nd-place result, crossing the line in 21:57.8.
• Finished 49th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1). 
• Placed 163rd at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5). 

• Competed four times during the outdoor season, exclusively running the 1,500m.
• Set a PR at the Rider Invitational (April 13), crossing the line in fourth place in 4:44.87.

• Ran three times in the indoor season, producing a pair of PR's.
• Crossed the line in 18:27.89 in the 5,000m for an eighth-place finish at the Penn State National (Jan. 26).
• Also finished eighth at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8) with a mile time of 5:12.77, a PR.

• Raced four times, scoring once.
• Finished sixth at the Bison Open to start the season, helping Penn win the event.
• Also competed at the Paul Short Run, PSU National Open and Heps.

• Did not compete.

• Competed in two meets during the 2018 indoor season, running the 3,000m and 4x400m relay.
• Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).

• Ran in four races during the 2017 cross country season.
• Made collegiate debut with a fifth-place showing at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2)
• Competed in the open race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).
