INDOOR 2018
- Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, focused almost exclusively on the mile.
- Placed seventh in the mile at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25).
- Finished fourth in the 1,000m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13).
- Totaled five top-10 placements on the year.
CROSS COUNTRY 2017
- Ran in four meets during the 2017 cross country season.
- Placed 20th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
- Competed in the open race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).
OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in five meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 800m, 1,500m, 5,000m and 4x1500m relay.
- Part of the school-record 4x1500m relay team at the Penn Relays (April 27-29), posting a time of 17:55.05 to place sixth.
- Took first in the 5,000m at the Penn Challenge (March 25) with a time of 17:09.62.

- Competed in two races on the season, the Big 5 Invitational and the Main Line Invitational.
- Placed 14th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 16).
OUTDOOR 2016
- Entered the record books with the 10th-fastest time in school history in the 1,500m (4:29.08) and sixth fastest time in the 5,000m (16:33.00).
- Registered a 38th place finish at the NCAA East Regional in the 5,000m.
- Competed in six outdoor meets and recorded a first-place finish in the 5,000m at the Chester Quarry Classic (April 16).

- Competed in four meets during the indoor season, including the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
- Placed first in the 1,000m at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 21).
