OUTDOOR 2019
- Competed in five events during the outdoor season.
- Scored an eighth-place finish at the Rider Invitational (April 13), running the 1,5000m in 4:51.48.
- Also picked up top-10 finishes at the Penn Challenge (March 23) in the 3,000m and in the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6) in the 1,500m.
INDOOR 2019
- Ran three times throughout the indoor season.
- Finished sixth in the DMR at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12).
- Scored a top-10 finish at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8), running the mile in 5:13.54.
CROSS COUNTRY 2018
- Ran five times, scoring once.
- Season-best finish came at the Paul Short Run Open race, placing 12th and helping Penn finish third of 34 teams.
- Boasted two top-50 finishes to open the season, finishing 47th at the Bison Open and 22nd at the Main Line Invitational.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Ran in four meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing in both the 3,000m and 5,000m.
- Placed seventh in the 3,000m at the Penn Challenge (March 24).
- Appeared in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
INDOOR 2018
- Competed in three meets on the year, in both the mile and 3,000m.
- Totaled two top-10 placements, an eighth-place finish in the 3,000m at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3) and 10th place in the mile at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 17).
CROSS COUNTRY 2017
- Competed in all six possible outings on the year, scoring three times including both postseason races.
- Placed 39th overall at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 14), second among Penn runners.
- Finished 33rd overall at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships and third among the Quakers.
- Served as the third Penn runner at the 2017 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 10), placing 47th overall.
- Ran in the open race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).

- Shot into the record books at third in program history in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:42.31 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 22).

- Placed fourth in the 1,500m and 4x400m relay at the Chester Quarry Classic (April 16).
- Competed in the 1,500m at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
