OUTDOOR 2018
- Appeared in seven meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, running the 400m, 800m, 1,500m and several relay events.
- Won the 4x800m relay at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), posting a time of 8:40.93.
- Competed in the DMR at the Penn Relays (April 24-26).
- Finished fourth as part of the 4x800 at the Raleigh Relays (March 31).

INDOOR 2018

OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in five meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 800m, 1,500m and 4x400m relay.
- Placed first in the 800m at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1) with a time of 2:15.52.
- Ran a new personal-best time of 4:38.67 in the 1,500m at the Transatlantic Series (April 15).
- Totaled two top-10 placements on the year.
INDOOR 2017
- Competed in six meets during the 2017 indoor season, focused on middle distance events such as the 800m, 1,000m, mile, 3,000m and several relay teams.
- Second-team All-Ivy in the 4x800m relay after finishing second at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26) with a time of 8:45.54.
- Performance at Ivy Heps in the 4x800m relay ranks first in program history.
- Posted four top-five performances on the season, including second-place finishes in the 1,000m at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 19) and in the 4x400m relay at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge (Jan. 14).
CROSS COUNTRY 2016
- Competed in five meets, scoring in one.
- Placed 34th overall and fourth among attached runners at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 15).
- Finished a season-high 13th at the Haverford Invitational (Oct. 21).
OUTDOOR 2016
- Placed first in the 800m at the Chester Quarry Classic (April 16).
- Part of the scoring 4x800m relay team at the 2016 Outdoor Ivy League Championships that finished fifth.
INDOOR 2016
- Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Lehigh Angry Birds meet.
- Competed in two indoor meets at the Lehigh Angry Birds (Jan. 16) and the Lehigh Fast Times (Dec. 4).
OUTDOOR 2015
- Won the outdoor ECAC title as a member of the 4x800m relay team.
- Scored at the 2015 Outdoor Ivy League Track and Field Championships in the 4x800m relay.
INDOOR 2015
- Scored at the 2015 Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x800m relay.
- Won the 800m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup (Feb. 6).
- First in the 500m at the Monmouth Open (Feb. 14).
Personal: Daughter of Debbie and John Alm ... Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as a fine arts and economics major.
