OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• Ran four times during the indoor season, competing in the 800m and mile races.
• Finished a season-best second in the 800m at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1), finishing in 2:17.98.
• Ran a season-best mile of 5:03.09 to place 15th at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 18).

• Competed in five races during cross country season, scoring in two of them.
• Led Penn at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 19) with a 52nd-place finish, crossing the line in 22:42.4.
• Finished a season-best 24th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 20) to score for Penn.
• Raced at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) and placed 75th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1).

• Ran five times during the outdoor season, exclusively running middle distance races and relays.
• Finished fifth at the Rider Invitational (April 13), running the 800m in 2:16.28.
• Also scored a top-10 finish at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 20), crossing the line in 4:45.76 in the 1,500m.
• Joined Penn's 4x800m for a fifth-place finish at the Raleigh Relays (March 30).

• Ran at seven meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing in the 800m, 1,500m and several relay events.
• Competed in the 1,500m at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6).
• Placed third in the 800m at the Penn Challenge (March 24).
• Part of the fourth-place 4x800m relay team at the Raleigh Relays (March 31).

• Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the 1,000m, mile, 3,000m and several relay events.
• Finished third in the 1,000m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13).
• Set a new personal best and program top-10 mark in the mile at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) with a time of 4:51.70.
• Ran in both the mile and DMR at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25). 
• Totaled four top-10 placements on the year. 

• Appeared in five meets on the year, scoring in one.
• Opened the year with a fourth-place overall finish at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2), placing third among Penn runners.
• Finished 16th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
• Placed 83rd at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27).

• Competed in six meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m and 2,000m steeplechase.
• Took part in both the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 25) and the ECAC Championships (May 12) in the 1,500m.
• Placed fourth in the 2,000m steeplechase at the Penn Challenge (March 25).
• Ran a season-best in the 1,500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 22).

• Competed in five meets during the 2017 indoor season, focused on the 800m, mile, 3,000m and DMR.
• Placed third in the DMR at the 2017 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26) with a time of 11:26.74, and also competed in the mile at Ivy Heps, notching the eighth-best time in program history in prelims.
• Recorded two top-five finishes on the season.

• Competed in six cross country meets in her first season.
• Placed 13th in her collegiate debut at the Big 5 Invitational (Sept. 9).
• Recorded a season-best 12th-place finish at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 16).
• Placed 56th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (Nov. 11).
• Finished 221st overall at the NCAA National Championships (Nov. 19).

High School: Ranked No. 3 in the nation in the indoor 1,600m ... Ranked No. 1 in New Jersey for the 1,600m ... Two-time New Jersey state champion in the indoor 1,600m.

Personal: Daughter of Helen and Peter Rancan ... Enrolled in the Wharton School of Business.
