2024: Brilliant sophomore season in the backfield, earning All-America honors from both FCS Football Central (second team) and Stats Perform (third team) … Named a finalist for the prestigious Walter Payton Award, given to the National Offensive Player of the Year in FCS football … A first-team All-ECAC selection at running back … Became the 11th Penn Quaker to hoist the Asa S. Bushnell Cup as the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year—the program’s first since the award was established back in 2011—and for the second straight year … A unanimous first-team All-Ivy honoree, the program’s first since 2018 … Led the Ancient Eight in all rushing categories including carries (191), yards (1,192), touchdowns (9), yards per carry (6.2), and yards per game (119.2) … His 1,192 yards were 332 more than the second-place tailback (Columbia’s Joey Giorgi, 860) and were the eighth-most by a Penn RB all-time, most since Sam Mathews tallied 1,266 in 2003 … Had seven 100+ rushing yard games on the year, becoming just the 11th player in Ivy history to achieve the feat … Also rose to prominence nationally after the conference’s final weekend of games, ranking fourth in FCS football in rushing yards per game, 11th total rushing yards, 13th in all-purpose yards per game (128.10), and 16th in yards per carry … Played and started all 10 games for the Quakers in 2024 … Began season with 176 yards on 26 carries in a close loss to Delaware (9/21) … Had 17 carries for 131 yards in the home opener vs. Colgate (9/28) … Became the first Penn player to have five straight 100-or-more yard games since Sam Mathews in 2003, after ending the 2023 campaign with three such games … Recorded his first two touchdowns of the season at Dartmouth (10/5), rushing 15 times for 82 yards against the Big Green, also recording a 22-yard catch … Added two more scores vs. Bucknell (10/12) for 146 yards on 22 attempts … Scored a TD in three straight games with one on 50 yards against Columbia (10/19) … Registered 100+ yards in four straight games to conclude the year with 102 and two touchdowns at Brown (11/2), 192 and two TDs in a shootout victory at Cornell (11/9), 143 against Harvard (11/16), and 122 in the season finale at Princeton (11/23).

2023: One of the most impressive freshman seasons in program history, resulting in Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors and a first-team All-Ivy nod … FCS Football Central Freshman All-America … Jerry Rice Award Finalist for FCS Freshman of the Year … First Penn player to win Ivy Rookie of the Year since Miles Macik in 1993 … Named Ivy Rookie of the Week a program-record five times and Offensive Player of the Week once … Shattered Justin Watson’s program-record for career weekly awards with six … Totaled 723 rushing yards (2nd in Ivy) on 121 carries and seven touchdowns (third in Ivy) … In addition, Hosley caught 22 passes for 246 receiving yards and a TD, totaling 969 all-purpose yards in his first season … Caught four passes for 66 yards and his first collegiate touchdown vs. Dartmouth (9/30) … Officially broke onto the scene against Georgetown (10/7) after recording 101 all-purpose yards in an overtime victory. Caught five passes for 53 yards and six rushes for 48 yards with two touchdowns, including the OT game winner … Rushed 20 times for 86 yards and a TD at Yale (10/21) … Racked up 21 carries for 261 yards—the third-most in a single game in program history and most by a freshman—and two touchdowns against Cornell (11/4). Second score went for 96 yards, the longest offensive play in program history. Named FedEx Ground FCS Freshman of the Week for the performance … Scored two more touchdowns on 109 yards at Harvard (11/11) … Picked up 119 yards on 21 carries in season finale vs. Princeton (11/18), finishing the season with three consecutive 100+ rushing yard games.
