OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in six meets throughout the outdoor season, running the 200m, 400m and several relay events.
- Ran the 4x400 relay at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25-27).
- Placed second in the 200m at the Rider Invitational (April 13).
- Recorded a personal best time of 49.49 in the 400m at Larry Ellis Invitational (April 20).
- Totaled three top-10 placements on the year.
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in six meets during the indoor season in the 300m, 400m, 500m and the 4x440 yard relay.
- Joined the 4x440 yard relay team to score a runner-up finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 24).
- Ran a personal-best 50.10 in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8) to finish 12th.
- Finished fourth in the 400m at the Princeton Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16).
- Totaled five top-10 finishes.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Appeared in six meets during the 2018 outdoor season, running the 200m and 400m while competing on several relay teams.
- Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6) as part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay.
- Placed seventh in both the 200m and 400m at the Temple Invitational (April 13).Â
- Competed on the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
- Also ran the 200m at Ivy Heps.
INDOOR 2018
- Competed in six meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances almost exclusively in the 400m.
