OUTDOOR 2016

• Competed in eight meets during the 2016 outdoor season in both the hammer and discus.
• Finished eighth at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 8) in the discus with a throw of 48.80m.
• Posted a season-best throw of 49.38m in the discus at the Philadelphia College Classic (March 19) to open the season.
• Season-best throw of 49.97m in the hammer came at the Chester Quarry Classic (April 16).

INDOOR 2016

• Did not compete.

OUTDOOR 2015

• Competed in nine meets during the 2015 outdoor season, focusing on both the discus and hammer throws.
• Placed eighth at the 2015 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 10) in the discus with a throw of 48.81m.
• Tallied a season-best performance in the discus at the Penn Relays (April 23-25) with a throw of 49.13m.
• Notched a season-best throw of 50.10m in the hammer at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 17).
• Totaled eight top-10 placements on the year.

OUTDOOR 2014

• Competed in seven meets during the 2014 outdoor season, making appearances in the discus and hammer.
• Threw a distance of 44.52m in the discus at the Penn Relays (April 24).
• Placed ninth at the 2014 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 11) in the discus with a throw of 47.29m.
• Totaled six top-10 placements on the year.
