• Competed in eight meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the javelin, discus and shot put. 
• Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region Prelims in the javelin, throwing a distance of 51.79m.
• Placed third in the javelin at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) with a throw of 64.48m, a career-best.
• Totaled eight top-five placements on the year.
• Finished first in the javelin at the Virginia Quad Meet (April 8) and Transatlantic Series (April 15), while also taking first in the shot put at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1).

• Competed exclusively in the shot put, making appearances in five meets throughout the season.
• Notched a season-best distance of 15.07m at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2).
• Recorded four top-10 placements during the 2017 indoor season.

• Placed seventh in the javelin at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships. 

• Recorded five top-five placements in the shot put during the indoor season.
• Had a season-best fourth place finish at the Lehigh Fast Times Invite (Dec. 4) with a throw of 15.16m.
• Competed at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships in the shot put, placing 15th.

2014-15: Scored at Outdoor Heps in the javelin (third) ... Won the javelin at the Philadelphia College Classic (March 21) ... Finished second in the javelin at the Maryland Invitational (March 28) ... Competed in the weight throw and shot put at several indoor meets.

2013-14: Competed at three indoor meets in the shot put and weight throw, and four outdoor meets in the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin.

High School: Indoor and outdoor All-County ... School-record holder in shot put
