OUTDOOR 2021
  • Took first place in the 5k at the Penn Challenge on March 27, clocking a personal-best time of 13:52.78 to move into third in program history
  • Set a personal-best time of 3:44.45 in the 1,500m at the Temple Invitational on April 9 to shift into third in program history
  • At the Penn Twilight on May 1, took first place in the mile with the third-best time in program history at 4:00.68 to set a new personal best
  • Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville for the 5,000m, entering as the 35th seed with a time of 13:52.78 and finishing 33rd with a time of 14.12.15

INDOOR 2020
  • Competed four times during the indoor season.
  • Scored for Penn with a third-place finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1) in the 5,000m with a time of 14:22.75.
  • Set the program record in the 5,000m with a time of 8:10.24 at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1) with a third-place finish.
  • Moved into the top 10 in program history in the 3,000m after finishing in 14:09.30 in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 15).
CROSS COUNTRY 2019
  • Ran five times during cross country season, scoring in four races, including the Ivy League Heps (Nov. 1).
  • Helped Penn win the Ivy League championship with a 14th-place finish, earning second-team All-Ivy.
  • Led Penn at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 7) with a 20th-place finish, crossing the line in 27:47.1.
  • Finished 23rd at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) pushing Penn to a second-place team finish of more than 40 teams.
  • Finished 62nd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15.).
OUTDOOR 2019
  • Ran the 1,500m in four meets throughout the outdoor season.
  • Posted a season-best time of 3:56.81 at the Rider Invitational (April 13), placing sixth.

  • Opened the season third at the Bison Open, helping Penn win the team title.
