OUTDOOR 2021

• Competed in five events during the regular season, all in distance events
• Set a personal-best mark in the 5,000m at the season-opening Penn Challenge, clocking a time of 13:58.60 to mark him fifth in program history
• At the Temple Invitational, set a career-mark in the 1,500m with a time of 3:44.67 to move him to fourth in program history
• Hit a personal-best mark in the mile at the Penn Twilight, crossing the finish line at 4:01.74, placing him fifth in program history
• Took first place in the mile at the TCNJ Last Chance meet, just missing a career mark with a time of 4:02.80
• Qualified for his first NCAA East preliminaries in the 5,000m, taking 23rd with a time of 13:58.71

• All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• All 2020 Ivy League fall sports were canceled on July 8 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• Did not compete.

• Competed in five races during the cross country season, scoring at the Penn State National Open
• Began the season with a 25th-place finish at the Fordham Fiasco, finishing the 8K in 27:48.7.
• Finished the year at the Penn State National Open, running to an 18th-place finish, crossing the line in 25:56.9 at the 5.2 mile race.
• Recorded a 61st-place finish at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

• Ran in six meets during the outdoor season, competing in both the 1,500m and 5,000m.
• Placed seventh in the 5,000m at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5).
• Finished sixth in the 1,500m at the Penn Challenge (March 23).
• Posted three top-10 performances on the year.

• Competed in five meets, primarily in the mile and 3000m.
• Ran the mile in the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 24), placing 12th.
• Earned top-five finishes at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19) in the mile and at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12) in the 3000m.
• Notched three total finishes inside the top 10.

• Competed in five races, scoring once.
• Opened the year with an 11th-place finish at the Bison Open and 17th at the Main Line Invitational.
• Scored in the third meet of the season – the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational – after finishing 190th.
• Concluded the season 81st at the PSU National Open and 52nd at Heps.

• Did not compete.

• Competed in one meet, running the 800m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13), posting a time of 1:56.36.

• Competed in two races during the 2017 cross country season.
• Made collegiate debut at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2), finishing 12th with a 5K time of 15:33.27.
• Placed 31st at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
