OUTDOOR 2020

INDOOR 2020
- Ran in three meets during the indoor season.
- Ran season-best times in both the 60m dash (7.20) and 200m (23.10) at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 18)
OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in six meets throughout the outdoor season, running sprints and relay events.
- Scored at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championship (May 5), placing fifth in the 4x100 relay.
- Ran both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Penn Challenge (March 23), Raleigh Relays (March 30)Â and Sam Howell Invitational (April 6).
- Totaled six top-10 placements on the year.
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in six meets during the indoor season, primarily appearing in the 200m and 400m.
- Recorded a season-best eighth-place finish in the 300m at the Penn State National with a time of 35.84.
- Ran a season-best time of 50.53 in the 400m at the Penn 8-Team Select.
- Totaled five top-five finishes.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Appeared in five meets during the 2018 outdoor season as a sprint specialist, running the 100m, 200m and relay events.
- Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), part of the fourth-place 4x100m relay.
- Also ran the 100m at Ivy Heps.
- Ran both the 4x100m relay and the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
INDOOR 2018
- Ran at six meets during the 2018 indoor season, appearing in both the 60m and 200m, as well as several relay events.
- Scored at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), part of the fifth-place DMR team.
- Also ran the 200m at Ivy Heps.
- Posted a season-best time of 7.05 in the 60m at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 27).
- Totaled four top-10 placements on the year.
OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in seven meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays.
- Scored at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) in the 4x100m relay, finishing sixth with a season-best time of 41.37.
- Totaled seven top-10 placements on the season.
- Season-best time in the 100m of 11.05 came at the TCNJ Invitational (April 8), finishing fourth.
- Took part in the 4x100m relay at the Penn Relays (April 27-29).
INDOOR 2017
- Competed in six meets during the 2017 indoor season, exclusively in both the 60m and 200m.
- Recorded five top-10 finishes on the year.
- Notched a season-best time of 7.20 seconds twice, at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 11) and the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge (Jan. 14).Â
- Crossed the finish line at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan 21) in the 200m with a time of 22.99, a season-best.
