OUTDOOR 2018

• Ran the 800m four times during the 2018 outdoor season.
• Posted a season-best time of 1:55.08 at the Temple Invitational (April 13), placing 10th.

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in three meets during the 2018 indoor season, exclusively in the 800m.
• Ran a season-best time of 1:56.75 at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3).
• Placed third at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 17). 

CROSS COUNTRY 2017

• Competed in one meet during the fall cross country season.
• Placed 46th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15), crossing the four-mile finish line in 23:08.4.

OUTDOOR 2017

• Competed in seven meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 400m, 800m and several relay events.
• Recorded a season-best time of 1:53.50 in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invite (April 22).
• Took part in the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) as a member of the 4x400m relay team. 
• Ran in the Penn Relays (April 27-29) as a member of the sprint medley team, finishing first in section four. 

INDOOR 2017

• Competed in the 800m five times, including at the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26), in addition to competing in the 500m, the 600m and several relay teams. 
• Ran a season-best time of 1:54.38 at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 4), placing ninth. 
• Placed first in the 500m at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 19) with a time of 1:06.66.
• Finished third at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge in the 4000m DMR, helping Penn to a time of 10:22.50.

OUTDOOR 2016

• Recorded two top-10 finishes in the 800m and 4x400 meter relays.

INDOOR 2016

• Competed in the 800m and as part of the 4x400 and DMR relay teams.
• Recorded eight top-10 finishes on the season in the middle distances.
• Placed second in the 1,000m at the Lehigh Fast Times Invite (Dec. 4).
• Recorded a second place finish in the 800m at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invite (Jan. 16).
• Was an Ivy League Champion as a member of the DMR team that placed first at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships.
• Placed eighth in the 800m at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships.
• Recorded a season-best time of 1:53.91 in the 800m at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 12).

2015: Competed mostly in the 800 meters and on several relay teams ... Second in the 800 meters at Monmouth Open (Feb. 14) ... Member of first-place 4x400 relay at Philadelphia College Classic (March 21).
