CROSS COUNTRY 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League fall sports were canceled on July 8 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Competed in four meets during the indoor season, running the 3,000m and 5,000m races.
• Finished 13th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1) with a time of 14:39.99 in the 5,000m.
• Ran a season-best 14:27.16 at BU's Valentines Invitational (Feb. 15), placing 26th in the 5,000m.
• Finished sixth at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1) with a season-best time of 8:20.50 in the 3,000m.

CROSS COUNTRY 2019

• Raced four times, scoring in three, during the cross country season, including at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1) and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships (Nov.15).
• Scored at Heps, helping Penn to the Ivy League championship crown, finishing 17th.
• Also scored at the NCAA Regional as the third Quaker across the line in 32nd place, finishing the 10K in 31:02.8.
• Also picked up top-20 finishes at the Paul Short Run (Oct.5) and Penn State National Open (Oct. 18) in 18th and 19th, respectively. His 19th-place result at Penn State earned points for Penn as it finished second in the team race.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Appeared in six meets during the outdoor season, running the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m.
• Ran the 10,000m at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5).
• Ran the 5,000m at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25-27).
• Posted two top-10 performances on the year.

INDOOR 2019

• Competed in three events during the indoor season, appearing in the 3,000m and 5,000m.
• Totaled two top-10 finishes, including a runner-up finish in the 5,000m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 2), crossing the line in 14:37.04.
• Competed in the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, finishing 17th in the 5,000m.

CROSS COUNTRY 2018

• Scored in every race he competed, placing in Penn’s top five six times.
• Earned All-Region honors with his top-25 finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
• Began the season fifth at the Bison Open.
• Earned 12 points at the Main Line Invitational and then was 186th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.
• Finished the season strong, scoring at the PSU National Open (78th), Heps (36th) and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (25th).

OUTDOOR 2018

• Ran in three meets during the 2018 outdoor season, competing in both the 1,500m and 5,000m.
• Finished 11th in the 1,500m at the Temple Invitational (April 13) with a season-best time of 4:05.98.
• Ran the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 31).

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in five meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the mile, 3,000m and 5,000m.
• Ran the 5,000m at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25). 
• Won the mile race at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 17) with a time of 4:19.54.
• Totaled three top-10 placements on the year.

CROSS COUNTRY 2017

• Competed in four meets during the 2017 cross country season.
• Made collegiate debut at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2), placing 14th with a 5K time of 15:33.70.
• Finished 12th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
• Competed in the championship race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).

High School: Fourth at the 2015 Ohio state championships in the 1,600m and cross country state championships ... Five-time first-team All-Ohio in XC and Track & Field ... Led team to Division I XC State Championship, winning by the largest margin in Ohio history in 2016.

Personal: Son of Ellyn and Richard Cohen ... Father, Richard, wrestled at Indiana ... Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as a biology major.
