2005-06 - Placed ninth at the Heptagonal Championships to lead Penn to a fourth place finish (10/28) ... Finished eighth to lead the Quakers to sixth place at the Penn State (10/15) ... Placed 25th at the Paul Short Run (10/1).

2004-05 - Took seventh at the 2005 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m ... Finished third at the NCAA East Regional Meet in the 800m ... Member of the 4x800m relay team who finished fourth in the Championship of America relay at the 2005 Penn Relays ... Also ran a leg of the Distance Medley Relay who came in 12th in the Championship of America event... Placed second in the 800m at Alex Wilson Invitational with a time of 1:48.29  to provisional qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Member of the record breaking Distance Medley Relay team (9:39.54) at the Alex Wilson Invitational ... Named ECAC Athlete of the Week for week ending 2/27 ... Set new Heptagonal Championship record in the 800m with a winning time of 1:50.29 ... Also a member of two-mile relay that captured a Heps title in a time of 7:36.73.

2003-04  - Competed in the 800m at the NCAA Championships after finished second at the East Regional with a then-personal best 1:47.391 ... Won both the indoor and outdoor Heptagonal titles in the 800m ... Ran on the All-East 4x400m relay team outdoors and the indoor All-East 4x800m relay at the IC4A Championships.
