Colin Zeffer recently concluded his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the University of Pennsylvania, working specifically under the program's director: Steve Dolan. Zeffer specializes in distance/middle distance training for the Quakers.
Previously, Zeffer spent the past three years working at Bishop McGann-Mercy High School in New York, coaching girl's distance runners. Mercy saw gained improvements under Zeffer's supervision in numerous events.Â
Zeffer himself was a distance runner at the University of Delaware, and has continued to race post-collegiality.Â
