OUTDOOR 2020
- All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
INDOOR 2020
- Ran in six meets during the indoor season, including earning second-team All-Ivy at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1) in the 4x400m relay, finishing in 3:15.55.
- Reached the final of Heps in the 400m before finishing seventh in 49.84.
- Ran a season-best time of 48.59 at Penn State's Sykes Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8) to place third in the 400m.
- Won the 4x400m relay at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 18) in 3:16.61 and finished second at the season-opening Navy Invitational (Dec. 7) in 3:15.54.
OUTDOOR 2019
- Appeared in seven meets throughout the outdoor season, running the 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay.
- Qualified for the NCAA East Region Prelims (May 23-25), advancing to the final and placing 23rd.
- Finished second at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5) in the 4x400 relay.
- Placed second in the 400m hurdles at the ECAC Championships (May 12).
- Won the 400m hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6).
- Totaled five top-10 placements on the year.
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running the 400m and the 4x440 yard relay.
- Ran his career-best time (48.54) to score runner-up points and earn Second-team All-Ivy status in the 400m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 24).
- Also helped the 4x440 yard relay team score second-place points at Heps, finishing in 3:14.63.
- Scored with the 4x440 yard relay team at the Harvard vs. Penn Dual (Dec. 9) in a second-place finish.
- Scored in the 300m at the Harvard Dual, placing fifth with a time of 34.75.
- Won the Wesley A. Brown Invitational in the 400m in 48.83.
- Notched a runner-up finish in the 400m at the Penn State National.
OUTDOOR 2018
- Made appearances in seven meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, running both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay.
- Captured the 400m hurdles championship at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), tallying a career-best time of 51.79.
- Also scored in the 4x400m relay, placing fourth at Ivy Heps.
- Qualified for the 2018 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 24-26) in the 400m hurdles.
- Ran the 4x400 at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
- Won the 400m hurdles at the Penn Challenge (March 24), Temple Invitational (April 13) and Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21).
INDOOR 2018
- Appeared in six meets during the 2018 indoor season, competing primarily in the 400m and 4x400m relay.
- Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), placing third in the 4x400m relay and taking fifth in the 400m.
- Placed second as part of the 4x400m relay team at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).
- Finished second in the 300m to open the year at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 9).
OUTDOOR 2017
- Competed in six meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay.
- Competed in both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7).
- Notched a career-best time of 52.82 in the 400m hurdles at the Penn Challenge (March 25), finishing first.
- Totaled five top-10 placements on the year.
- Took part in the 400m hurdles at the Penn Relays (April 27-29).
