Biography
Coach Schnur on Gallagher: “Pat excels in every freestyle event as well as both backstrokes. Penn’s fastest 50, 100, and 200 freestyler, Pat set a school record this past year in the 100 free while making his first EISL final in the 200. An extremely dependable dual-meet swimmer, Pat was our leading scorer in many dual meets last year. Pat is an economics major.”
