2023-24: Went 11-18 on the season … Went 3-3 against Penn State, Stevens, and Johns Hopkins at the Temple Invitational.
2022-23: Competed in both epee and foil, going 3-6 in epee and 2-5 in foil … Won first collegiate bout in epee against Lafayette and went 2-1 in foil against Sacred Heart during Philadelphia Invitational (1/21).
High School: National foil cadet champion … National champion foil junior champion … National cadet foil vice champion … 7th in Junior national rankings
Personal: Son of Sandra and Jose Estaca … Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Why He Chose Penn: “Penn gave me the opportunity to broaden my academic interests by majoring in PPE and at the same time keep practicing fencing at high level.”
