Personal Bests

Ian enjoyed a junior campaign in which he recorded the fourth best indoor 5,000 in the history of the Penn Track and Field program. The leader of the distance and cross country squads, you can bet that Foley will be looking to chase individual as well as team Ivy League titles during the upcoming seasons. He puts his heart and soul into his training and racing, which is what every coach wishes of an athlete. If hard work can be rewarded, you will likely see Foley atop the awards stand as he concludes his senior season.

2005-06 - Placed 20th at the Heptagonal Championships to lead Penn to a fourth place finish (10/28) ... Finished 65th at Penn State (10/15) ... Competed at the Paul Short Run on 10/1 ...Placed 17th at the Fordham Invitational (9/10).

2004-05 - Grabbed the 27th spot in the 5,000m run at the 2005 Penn Relays ... Placed third in the 10,000m at the Quaker Invitational.
