Why I chose Penn: I chose to come to Penn because it offers
the perfect combination of my interests in the classroom and intensity on the
water. Getting a chance to row on the Schuylkill and study in Philadelphia is
an opportunity unlike any other.
What I love about rowing: I can’t speak about any activity in
my life with more passion than rowing. The bond with my teammates, the
atmosphere of each regatta, and the chance to continually improve make the
sacrifices of rowing so rewarding.
