INDOOR 2020

• Did not compete.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Appeared in seven meets throughout the outdoor season, throwing both the shot put and discus.
• Advanced to the NCAA East Region Prelims (May 23-25) in the shot put.
• Scored at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5), placing third in the shot put with a throw of 16.40m.
• Competed in the championship division of the shot put at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25-27).
• Posted a season-best throw of 17.72m in the shot put at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6).
• Totaled six top-10 performances throughout the year.

INDOOR 2019

• Competed in nine meets during the indoor season, all in the shot put.
• Launched a season-best mark of 17.54m (57-6.5) to score as the runner-up at the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 24).
• Finished in the top five in eight of his nine meets during the indoor season.
• Won the Fastrack National Invite with a mark of 16.57m (54-4.5).
