Taylor McCarthy joined the Penn Champions Club staff in February of 2023 as Associate Director of Development, Major Gifts, where he supports fundraising initiatives relating to Basketball, Baseball, and Swimming and Diving. McCarthy comes to Penn most recently from the University of New Hampshire, where he served as the Associate AD for Business Development. Prior to that, McCarthy worked nearly seven years for the Oakland Athletics Minor League Affiliate, the Stockton Ports Professional Baseball Team where he served as the team’s General Manager. Originally from Newport, Vermont, McCarthy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. McCarthy currently resides in South Philadelphia.
