2005: Made season debut, working two-thirds of an inning in relief, against Southern Utah (March 5).

2004: Selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 2004 New Player Major League Baseball Draft ... Made 11 appearances on the mound this season, working primarily as a starter for the first time as a Quaker, recording nine starts, tied for second in the Ancient Eight ... Made first career start for the Red and Blue against South Florida (March 9), working 3.2 innings ... Struck out five batters in his second start of the season, throwing five innings against Long Island (March 14) ... Earned first victory of the season with a two-inning performance where he did not allow La Salle (April 6) a hit or a run during his time on the mound ... Sat down a season-high six would-be hitters and allowed just two hits in 6.0 innings of work against Harvard (Apr. 10) ... Ranked eighth in the Ancient Eight in batting average against in Ivy League competition (.242) ... Second on the Penn baseball team in opposing batting average (.295), innings pitched (43.1), strike outs (31) and batters struck out looking (six) ... The junior right-hander set career-highs in innings pitched and strikeouts in 2004 ... Winings also had 20 at bats offensively for the Red and Blue as he served as the Quakers' designated hitter as needed v He collected four hits with a pair coming against Rollins (March 10) as he ripped his first career triple to score Penn's two runs in a 5-2 loss ... Recorded the fourth double of his career as part of a 1-for-4 effort against Georgetown (March 11), scoring a pair of runs. 

2003: Named a Clark Griffith League All-Star for the Vienna Mustangs over the summer - recorded a 0.00 ERA in 18 appearances and tied a league record with 10 saves ... Named first-team All-Ivy League in 2003 ... Led Ivy League with eight saves ... Broke school record for saves when he recorded his sixth of the season against Dartmouth (April 6) ... Did not allow an earned run through first 13 appearances ... Hit game-winning home run and recorded save in the first game of a double-header against West Chester (March 22) ... Second on the team in pitching appearances (15) ... Compiled 1-0 record with 19 Ks in 15.1 IP ... Collected a win and a save in each game of a double-header against Cornell (April 26) ... Played in 18 games as a catcher/designated hitter, starting 13, before season was shortened due to a knee injury ... Batted .340 with a .574 slugging average ... Went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and a 2-run home run in win over Dartmouth (April 6) ... Second among all returnees in HRs (three) ... Threw out 9-of-20 base stealers (.450) as catcher.
