2005-06 - Named honorable mention All-Ivy, doubles ... Finished the season 13-5 in singles, 12-4 in the spring and 5-1 in the Ivy League ... Played the majority of the season at the No. 5 position ... Went 15-8 in doubles, 12-6 in the spring and 5-2 in the Ivy League ...  Teamed with Janet Comenos to win the "C" Flight doubles at the William & Mary Invitational (9/18) ... Won six consecutive matches from March 8 through Apr. 8, including wins over Arizona and Pepperdine ... Along with Alexis Plukaswon four straight matches from March 18 through Apr. 8, including three Ivy matches.

2004-05 - Went 9-8 on the season in singles ... Fell in the semifinals of the Cissie Leary Invitational to teammate Julia Koulbitskaya, 6-3, 7-5 ... Advanced to semifinals of the USTA Invitational before falling to Melissa Anderson of Harvard, 4-6, 6-4, 10-7 ... With Caroline Stanislawski, advanced to the round of 16 at the USTA Invitational ... Had a 4-5 singles record in the spring season, including wins over Long Beach State, UC Irvine and William and Mary ... Had a 9-10 doubles record ... Was 5-7 in the spring in doubles play ... With Michelle Mitchell, had wins over Brown, Yale, Temple, UNLV and William & Mary.

2003-04 - Named second-team All-Ivy, doubles ... Compiled 22 wins on the season, most on the Penn women’s tennis team ... Fifteen of those victories were straight-set wins ... Did not drop even a game in four of her wins ... With Nikky Ptak reached semifinals of the Cissie Leary Memorial Invitational with wins over Harvard (8-2), Ohio State (8-5) and Northwestern (8-1), losing to Tulane in the semis and finishing third ... Amassed winning streaks of seven, six and four matches and opened the Ivy League season in the midst of her four-match streak ... One of two Quakers to capture singles titles at the USTA Invitational (10/10-13) ... Won the “C” Flight in singles, defeating four players en route to the final where she met teammate Sara Schiffman and beat her, 6-0, 6-3 to claim the title ... Only one of her five Ivy victories went to three sets, a 6-2, 1-6, 6-2 win over Harvard’s Alexis Martire (4/17) ... Rolled through the doubles season in the No 2. spot with teammate Nikky Ptak, amassing a 16-6 overall record and a near perfect 6-1 mark in the Ancient Eight.

2002-03 - Ranked No. 25 in singles and No. 14 (with Sanela Kunovac) in doubles in the East Region in the fall ... Won two matches in the Cissie Leary Invitational in singles and two with doubles partner Raluca Ciulei ... Teamed with Nikky Ptak to defeat VCU’s Cabrera and Eago, 8-4, on Feb. 15 ... Defeated Fresno State’s Kristy McRae, 7-6(3), 6-2, on March 10 ... Finished the spring season with a 3-1 Ivy League record in singles and a 7-0 doubles record at No. 3 doubles with Ptak ... Defeated South Carolina’s Justine Walsh, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 6 singles in the first round of the 2003 NCAA Championships ... Finished the regular season ranked ninth in the East in doubles with Ptak.

Prior to Penn - As a sophomore, selected Best Player at the Romanian High School Championships ... Went 16-4 at championships ...  Won the 1999 Orange Bowl girls’ 16s. 
As a freshman basketball player was a member of the regional high school championship team that went 14-5.

Personal - Born Feb. 16, 1983 in Bucharest, Romania ... Daughter of Cornelia and Serban-Daniel Ciochina ... Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences as a political science major.
