PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – For the seventh time this season, the University of Pennsylvania gymnastics team has landed a Gymnastics East Conference weekly award, with sophomore Maggie Murphy landing this week's Gymnast of the Week.

Murphy delivered a standout performance for Penn on the road, highlighted by an exceptional routine on balance beam where she posted a 9.925, tying for second place. The score ranks as the third-highest beam mark in program history. She also contributed strong performances on vault (9.750) and floor (9.800), helping propel Penn to a 195.900, its second-highest team score of the season. Murphy's consistency across her events continues to be a key factor in the Quakers' success.

Murphy will continue to be a key pillar of the lineup heading into the GEC Championships this Saturday at Ithaca.
