*Penn had a strong showing at the Brian Palestis Memorial Invitational at Wagner College this past Sunday, with both the #7 men and #8 women going 3-1 to claim six victories combined.
*The men finished the weekend topping Penn State (14-13), Wagner (17-10), and North Carolina (16-11) to move to 17-4 on the season.
*The women won contests over Penn State (22-5), Wagner (23-4), and St. John's (20-7) to reach 15 wins on the year.
*On the men's side, freshman Lioznyansky leads the epee weapons with a 29-8 record, sophomore Yun leads the saber athletes with a 35-15 record, and freshman Lo leads the foil field with a 21-8 record.
*For the women, junior Hu leads epee with a 42-12 record,
Leah Blum leads the saber athletes with a 26-7 record, and freshman Jang leads the foil field with a 27-14 record.
