Previewing Penn
The Quakers have made history throughout the season, dating back to the team's first-ever pre-season No. 1 ranking from the College Squash Association (CSA). Since then, the Quakers have:

  • Beaten Harvard for the first time since 2016
  • Beaten Trinity on the road for the first time since 1990
  • Won the program's first Ivy League title since 1974
  • Won the program's first OUTRIGHT Ivy League title since 1969
  • Finished the regular season undefeated for the first time ever

More history was made this past week when head coach Gilly Lane was named Ivy League Coach of the Year, a first in program history, and Nathan Kueh became men's squash's first Ivy League Rookie of the Year since Rudy Rodriguez in 1988-89. Additionally, graduate student Andrew Douglas became the seventh four-time All-Ivy selection in program history, while senior Aly Abou Eleinen earned his third career All-Ivy selection.

Collectively, the 16 men who have taken the court this season for the Quakers have posted a combined 130-14 record, including a 44-10 mark in Ivy League matches, with seven players winning at least 10 matches each.

Abou Eleinen finished the regular season 15-0, splitting his time between #1 and #2. Kueh finished the regular season playing at four different spots in the lineup. Saksham Choudhary finished the regular season 14-0 for the second time in his career (2019-20), running his non-Potter Cup winning streak to 28 matches.
