Sprint Football Visits Cornell for Ancient Eight Encounter

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania sprint football program hits the road for the first time this season as the Quakers set their sights on the Collegiate Sprint Football League's (CSFL) only other remaining Ivy League team, Cornell.

Penn will drive up to Ithaca, N.Y. for a bout with the Big Red on Friday night at 7 p.m. The Quakers enter Week Two hoping to mark one in the win column after a narrow, 24-21 loss to Army last week. Cornell looks ahead to its home opener with some optimism after defeating CSFL newcomer Alderson Broaddus, 38-21 in the season opener.
