Nine Named Easton/NFCA All-American Scholar-Athletes

Nine members the University of Pennsylvania softball program were named 2016-17 Easton/NFCA NCAA Division I All-American Scholar-Athletes this week, as the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) released its full list of honorees. 

The Quakers were represented by graduated seniors Leah AllenSydney Kranzmann, Alexis Sargent, and Cedar Slovacek as well current players Berit Batterton, Corey Burrough, Jessica England, Molly Oretsky, and Clare Sebastianelli

The NFCA honored a record 7,351 student-athletes across seven membership divisions with 1,843 honorees earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher coming from the NCAA Division I ranks.
